We strive to offer a seamless buying experience to our customers. With this, we have a very smooth full & partial cancellation policy set for our customers as below:

Full Order Cancellation

Sunglasses

  1. Customers can cancel their order by logging into their account or can call or Whats App LENSTRACK customer care at +91-7415474155 or send an email to us support@lenstrack.comto request for cancellation.
  2. Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from LENSTRACK warehouse. Post-dispatch, no cancellation is allowed.

Eyeglasses

  1. Customers can cancel their order by logging into their account or can call or What's App LENSTRACK customer care at +91-7415474155 or send an email to support@lenstrack.comto request for cancellation.
  2. Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from LENSTRACK warehouse. Post-dispatch, no cancellation is allowed.

Partial Order Cancellation

Partial cancellations are not allowed. No refunds will be made in case of partial order cancellation/return.

Offer Specific Cancellations

In accordance with the above rules, kindly refer to the offer’s detailed T&Cs page to know the specific cancellation rules of that particular offer.

Unethical Purchase & Cancellation Policy

  1. In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and LENSTRACK will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.
  2. Also, if it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning/cancelling the same; Under this circumstance, LENSTRACK reserves the right to charge a substantial return/cancellation fee (which could also be entire order amount )from the user if similar charges are also borne by LENSTRACK.
  3. At any point of time, if LENSTRACK finds that the Discount coupon has been misused by a customer by falsifying the Email Id or Mobile Number; LENSTRACK will cancel the order and no refund will be paid.

LENSTRACK.com Return Policy

Eyeglasses & Sunglasses

  1. LENSTRACK.com offers a 14 day no questions asked return policy to all its customers.
  2. Customers can raise a return request by logging into their account or can call or What's App LENSTRACK customer care at +91-7415474155 or send an email to support@lenstrack.comwith order details.
  3. Post return request, customers are required to pack the entire product including packing material, invoice, all accessories and keep it ready for pick up.
  4. Post pick up, our QC team will verify if the product has not been used and is in good condition for further sale. Plus, all the items have been sent back. In case product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, LENSTRACK can deny refund to the customer.
  5. In case of Eyeglasses/ Prescription Sunglasses, no return/refund will be offered if wrong prescription values are entered at the time of order placement.
  6. If it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning the same; LENSTRACK reserves the right to charge a substantial return fee from the user.

Contact Lenses:

  1. Contact lenses cannot be refunded if their packaging has been opened/tampered.
  2. In case you wish to return Contact Lenses, its box & the lenses inside the box must not be opened. It will still be non-returnable if you've opened the box however, the lenses inside are unused.
  3. Return is only possible if the box and the lenses inside the box are still sealed and accessories, warranty/instruction papers are still intact

Return Policy in case of RTO

Our quality team will verify all returned products to check if the same has not been used and is in good condition for further sale. Plus, if all the items have been sent back & are completely intact. Post which the refund will be processed.

Refund Cycle:

Complete refund process normally takes about 10-15 working days. This includes time for product pickup, quality inspection, confirmation & refund initiation.

Category-Specific Additional Refund Guidelines

Contact Lenses / Lens Cleaning Wipes

Return/Refund is only possible if the box packaging and the lenses/wipes inside the box are still sealed and any additional accessories, warranty/instruction papers are still intact.

Return/Refund cannot be processed if:

  • 1) The box packaging has been opened/tampered.
  • 2) The box & the elements inside the box (lenses/wipes) are opened.
  • 3) The lenses/wipes inside are unused but the box is opened.

International Brand Eyeglasses & Sunglasses

Refund for International Brand Eyeglasses & Sunglasses (Ray-Ban, Carrera, Vogue, Armani, Prada, Mont Blanc, Versace, Burberry, Kodak, Essilor, Zeiss, Rodenstock, Color Club, Insist, Afra, Xite, etc.) will be processed manually and might affect the refund timelines.

Once the product is picked up & reaches our warehouse, our quality team will ensure that there is no post-delivery damage to the product, its packaging, warranty card/s, case & other accessories. Post which the refund will be processed.

Music Sunglasses

Any physical damage to the lenses, frame, or the earphones will lead to no-refunds.

Warranty Policy | Terms & Conditions:

 

Warranty On LENSTRACK Products:

  • One Year Conditional Warranty is applicable on LENSTRACK Eyeglasses category. Actual warranty period is mentioned on the lens selection page.
  • Six months warranty is offered on Computer Glasses category.
  • Warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
  • Under this warranty, only defective/damaged lens coating will be covered.
  • This warranty is not applicable on damages resulting from any sort of negligence, mishandling, accidents, corrosion or rust, and loss of components or accessories on the customer's part.
  • This warranty is valid only when you buy through LENSTRACK.com.
  • A product will only be replaced by LENSTRACK on its sole discretion depending on the nature of defects.
  • LENSTRACK will not be responsible for the warranty of products by other sellers/brands.
  • LENSTRACK will not be accountable for payments or refund against any incidental or consequential damages.

Warranty on Contact Lenses:

Warranty is provided by the brand/seller.
